Key Responsibilities

We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment. Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.

Essential Requirements

Able to demonstrate coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills through previous work or social activities. Experience of working in a customer facing environment for example Customer Services, Hospitality, Social Care, Customer Services, Sales, Retail. Experience of working in a performance target driven environment. Previous experience of a working in a similar role in Welfare to Work or publicly funded services is desirable.
